Lion King DVD Plot

Keara, Simba's headstrong daughter and heir to the Pride Lands, is on the prowl for adventure. Escaping her bumbling baby-sisters Timon and Pumbaa, Kiara runs off to the Outlands, which are strictly off limits. There she meets the mischievous Kovu - a young cub chosen to walk in Scar's paw prints. The rift between the Outlanders and Simba's pride deepens as Kiara and Kovu's feelings for each other grow. But will love find a way to bring the two feuding worlds together as one?

One of the classic animated features from the Disney Renaissance, The Lion King is an amazing spectacle. The only movie without people in it, the movie takes place on the African Savannah and centers around the story of a young lion prince named Simba. His life is turned around when his selfish uncle Scar murders his father in order to take the throne. A heart wrenching tale filled with danger, comedy, and romance (not to mention great songs by Tim Rice and Elton John and an epic score by Hanz Zimmer) The Lion King is a must have in any Disney collection.

The Lion King is a better than excellent movie! I really loved it. I watched it at a friend's house days ago and we all loved it. Watch this movie that brings The Lion King back to life!

I am a great fan and admirer of Disney animation. As a child, I would watch the movies of the new generation (starting with The Little Mermaid) religiously and enjoy the songs and characters. As an adult, I appreciate them even more for their moving storylines and deep meanings.
